What do I need to bring to training classes? :
If you have worked with weights in the past bring 5, 8 and 10 pound hand weight if you want to use your own. A floor mat, water and towel will be needed. I suggest you dress in layers and wear gloves and a hat. You can always remove clothes as you get warm.

What do I need to bring to one on one training?:
All you will need is a matt and yourself. I will bring the weights and cardio equipment..

What is a typical training session like? :
The only thing that is the same each day is that we do cardiovascular training and resistance training. Each day is different so that you and your muscles are kept guessing. You can expect some running if you are a runner, fast walking if not, weight training, obstacle courses, and core/stability training. It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! Along with all of the above, we emphasize and teach you a great deal about proper form so you will enjoy a unique fitness experience.

Running Shoes:
It is mandatory that you have new or less than 3 months old running/cross training shoes for class. You will NOT be allowed to work out without adequate shoes. Ask us about the best place to get shoes at a discount.

What if it rains? :
Unless it is a state of emergency, classes will be held rain or shine at the scheduled times and locations.

Will I be sore sometimes? :
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. Much depends on your personal conditioning level and how hard you work. Some soreness is an indicator that you are building muscle and getting stronger!

What will I do after our sessions are over? :
You can get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. Many (up to 80%) of the training clients return for a second and third month.

Is there a refund policy? :
There is NO refund, make up or transfer policy. All training sessions must be paid in full at fitness evaluation meeting prior to beginning training. Checks and cash accepted. This is not negotiable.
