I lost 40 pounds in 4 months and the weight has stayed off! After my pregnancy my baby weight wasn't coming off like everyone said it would, so I decided to do something about it. I met Chris and not only did she help me workout, but she educated me on what healthy foods I should be eating. I had a previous knee injury that kept me from doing many athletic things. Chris helped me lose weight working out, without re-injuring my knee. Her workout methods are specifically designed to be intense enough to get a good workout, but not stressful on your muscles. I never once feared injuring myself while working out with her. Chris is also a great trainer because she lets you set your own goals. I've never wanted to have a personal trainer before because training is usually their life. In my experience the trainers I worked with didn't understand me and what I wanted to accomplish. They wanted me to strive to meet their goals. Chris is an excellent trainer because she doesn't push you past a place where you want to be until you're ready. I've never felt pressured, however she gets great results. My pants were getting looser everyday!
I would highly recommend Chris and her program! It was the best workout experience I’ve ever had!
