Small Group Training
Small Group Training is 1 hour training sessions which starts with a short warm up followed by cardio and strength training that work all the muscle groups.

Training will be held at your location or a local designated area decided at the FREE fitness evaluation.

This program uses free weights, resistance bands and core strengthening balls. No class is ever the same.
